Want to Speed Up The Colonisation Of Your Bags?

Cut Your Waiting Time by 2-3 Weeks with the "Break and Shake" Technique!

Once the mycelium (white) has covered approximately 30% of the bag, break it up and distribute it throughout the grain. This process of dispersing the mycelium to multiple points accelerates  the colonization process.

If you're using our all-in-one bags, be sure to only break only the bottom rye grain section. Mixing the entire bag together will significantly add time to your bags colonisation.
