Community Standards
We aim to promote a friendly community of hobby and enthusiast mycologists. To achieve this we reserve the right to cease communication, ban users as well as  refuse and cancel product orders in response to the breach of any one of the following points: 
 
  1.  Reference to or seeking advice on the cultivation or use of prohibited substances according to Australian law. Any reference to or seeking advice into the cultivation or use of prohibited substances will result in the refusal of sale to the individual and/or cancelation of any existing sales of Curious Ape Mushrooms products purchased by the individual.
  2. Discriminatory language including by reference to race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, age, sexual preference, religion, disability, mental illness, or political belief.
  3. Infringe the privacy of an individual.
  4. Insult or attack individuals or organisations.
  5. Are potentially fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
  6. Are considered by Curious Ape Mushrooms to amount to bullying or harassment.
Replacement of damaged goods
We aim for all deliveries to be pleasent, hassle-free experiences however unfortunatly damaged goods and contamination of sterile products may sometimes occure. ​
  1. In order to process the replacement of damaged or contaminated goods, the customer must provide photographic evidence upon request by Curious Ape Mushrooms showing the product in an unused condition. 
  2. For a claim for replacement of an item due to contamination or damage to be vaild, the customer must contact Curious Ape Mushrooms within 28 days of the item being delivered as per postage tracking. This policy is in place due to the unavoidable posibility of filter patches and parafilm tape used in Curious Ape Mushrooms products to allow the passage of small amounts of contamination over extended periods of time.
  3. In the case that damage to items caused by mishandling by the postal service used is evident, the customer must seek compensation through Australia Post.
