Boom Box or Inflatable Monotub [Buy Here]

Mushroom Spore Syringe

CVG All-In-One Bag

Sterile Kit

Spray Bottle

Easy 6-Step Guide

Step 1.  Clean the Injection Port

Put on the included nitrile gloves.

Thoroughly wipe the grey

injection port with the included

alcohol and chlorhexidine prep pads.

Step 3.  Recap and Wait

Twist the needle off and twist on a sterile syringe cap. Leave the bag until the white mycelium covers all of the rye grain component at the bottom. This can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Step 5. Start Fruiting Conditions

Once the top has been colonised, fan the tub 3-5 times daily to circulate airflow. Spray frequently with water to simulate rainfall & maintain humidity. Optimal growing conditions is 90-100% humidity & 22-28C. Mushroom fruiting can take 1-4 weeks.

Step 2.  Inoculate The Bag

Twist the sterile needle onto your syringe. Then inject the needle through the grey silicone injection port and squirt roughly 2mL of fluid into multiple parts of the bag.

Step 4. Ready to Spawn!

Once the rye grain is colonised by mycelium, pour the mix into a Boom-Box or Inflatable Monotub. Close the lid and wait for the mycelium to completely cover the top surface (this can take up to a week).

Step 6. Time To Harvest

After a few days of misting and fanning your tub, you will start seeing small mushroom "pins" and eventually fully grown mushrooms! From here, simply harvest your mushrooms by gently twisting from the base and enjoy!

TIP: Flush To Get More Fruits!

To achieve multiple harvests, you can submerge your colonised brick under water to rehydrate and restart the fruiting process. Submerge the cake for 10 hours to fruit up to another 1-3 times.

Step 1.  Clean the Injection Port

Put on the included nitrile gloves.

Thoroughly wipe the grey

injection port with the included

alcohol and chlorhexidine prep pads.

Step 3.  Recap and Wait

Twist the needle off and twist on a sterile syringe cap. Leave the bag until the white mycelium covers all of the bottom rye grain. This can take up to 4-8 weeks.

Step 2.  Inoculate The Bag

Twist the sterile needle onto your syringe. Then inject the needle through the grey silicone injection port and squirt roughly 2mL of fluid into multiple parts of the bag.

Step 4. Break & Shake!

Once the rye grain is colonised by mycelium, break it up and mix into the top section of the bag. Wait until the entire bag is colonised (white).

Step 5. Start Fruiting Conditions

Cut a small 5-10cm x into either the side or top of the bag (depends of specie). Spray the hole with water 4-6 times daily to simulate rainfall. Optimal growing conditions is 90-100% humidity & 22-28C. Mushroom fruiting can take 1-3 weeks.
