Mushrooms rot very quickly after being harvested. While they can last 7 days refrigerated, they ideally need to be dehydrated. The dehydration process removes the water, allowing a shelf life of up to 2+ years.

Step-by-Step Guide to Dehydrating Mushrooms
Step 1: Harvest Fresh Mushrooms

Pick mushrooms at their peak maturity for optimal potency and flavor.

Clean off any dirt or debris gently without using water.
Step 2: Pre-Dry the Mushrooms

Place the mushrooms on a paper towel or a clean, dry surface.

Allow them to air dry for a few hours until the surface moisture evaporates.
Step 3: Use a Dehydrator
