Where to get Spores?
Australia boasts a variety of excellent vendors where you can purchase gourmet and medicinal spores in the form of a spore print, spore syringe or liquid culture. We prefer liquid culture as the mycelium has already developed and will therefore colonise your grain quicker.
Always make sure to buy from a reputable vendor with a strong community reputation, as spores and liquid cultures can easily become contaminated and spoil your growing medium.
We strongly recommend testing your spore or liquid culture syringe on an agar dish before inoculating one of our kits to ensure the syringe is sterile. You can purchase AGAR here.
